This time the mango was too ripe, not the usual quality

Customer service and shipping were solid. Unfortunately the quality of the product is sub optimal and doesn’t justify the price paid.

I received it with some black spots and has a weird taste

The mango was good for only 2 days only after that we had to throw away 75% of what I ordered. Also my order came missing 1 item and there was no communication about this, items my order was delivered without an item i ordered. I had to write them to inform them about the missing item and only then they said this item is out of stock, so I asked for a refund and so far I haven’t received it. Never ordering from them again prices are inflated versus the quality and service levels.

Terrible delivery service

My honest review is that i didnt like it it reached late and clearly the mango was old when it reached in fact after w week even in the fridge i had to throw them away because of rotten mangoes

Nothing special...We have better mangos in Dubai

I have ordered mango at beginning of August. After two weeks I received some calls via WhatsApp but when I pick up it dropped. Then received phone call, as I understood from Ismailia Mango, they said that delivery trying to connect to me. I said that I can not take WhatsApp call, can they call me on phone. Lady just said "OK" and dropped. Now already Aug, 19.. no mango, no money
